25 Victoria Road is a fabulous newly converted development of 4 high-quality, spacious flats, in the sought-after location of Central Kingston.

Blocsphere were awarded management of 25 Victoria Road in April 2019, and since our time as Managing Agent we have been on hand to help and advise with service charge and ground rent payments and have also helped leaseholders with rectifying various maintenance matters, such as communal boiler issues and water ingress. In the next few weeks, we will be looking to test and replace all non-complaint fire doors, making sure they adhere to the latest fire door regulations.
