Avon House is a beautiful converted Victorian house comprising 5 open plan, self-contained flats. The development is situated in the town centre of Stratford, convenient for public travel in and out of the town.

Blocsphere have been managing Avon House since December 2017, and since our take over we have been working with the Residents Management Company and helping leaseholders with any general maintenance issues that have been raised to us. The Director of the Residents Management Company has been impressed with our Property Manager over the period of being the Managing Agent. She stated “Laura St Cloud-Baron has always been polite and patient with our requests for further information or quotes and is an excellent communicator.” Having a good relationship with the Director of the Residents Management Company has allowed us to manage this development efficiently without any issues.
