Clifton Court is a purpose-built block of 12 flats built in the 1970’s, which has recently had an additional floor built incorporating three additional flats. There are nine garages which are allocated to each of the original nine flats and three parking spaces on the amenity space for the newer flats on the top floor.

Blocsphere were awarded management of Clifton Court in October 2020 after the Director of the enfranchisement company expressed an interest in our high-standard service. Since our time as Managing Agent, we have been making sure the development is managed to a high standard and is a safe place to live for residents, through various maintenance work, frequent site inspections and a cladding inspection report (EWS1).  We are enjoying working with the freehold enfranchisement company and look forward to the future.
