Clifton Court is a purpose built scheme for people aged 60 years or over. The development consists of 37 self contained properties comprising of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A communal lounge, laundry room and lift are also available to all residents.

Blocsphere has been managing this development since July 2019 and since our take over we have been working with leaseholders to overcome any maintenance issues that have been raised to us. We are currently in the process of testing all flat fire doors to ensure they are compliant with the latest fire door assessments.
