We have been managing this development since January 2020 and since the handover our property manager has been making sure the building is compliant with the latest health & safety and fire assessments. Since we took over as managing agent, we have been helping leaseholders with any maintenance issues that have been raised to us. We have been able to respond to all maintenance issues efficiently and promptly due to the reliable contractors we have based near the Lincoln area, which the leaseholders have been very impressed with.
