An exciting new development comprising 51 new-build homes.

We consulted with residents who had concerns over the poor management by the current Managing Agent, which included landscaping (the main issue) through to the playground maintenance/use. They sent out a tender process against several companies, who they had earmarked as a suitable new agent, and through researching the current Management Company we found several issues in the way the Management Company had been set up and a potential mis-management of the service charge collections and accounts.

Due to these issues, and the fact we have an in-house legal department, we were appointed management in December, 2020. We have arranged the Management Company in the proper way by ensuring the correct parties are involved. One of the main reasons of winning the contract, and what they were particularly impressed with, was that the Management Company could appoint their own contractors with the guidance of ourselves. We have quite literally handed them back control of their estate so they can manage it the way they want to.
