Paddington is one of our most prestigious developments located in the heart of Bayswater, comprising 28 luxurious, spacious flats. With being a converted Victorian building, it boasts a range of interior and exterior features that appeal to many.

Blocsphere were awarded management of the development in June 2019, after the directors of the Management Company had been unimpressed with the service they had received from their previous Managing Agent. Since our time as Managing Agent, we have been helping to restore the building’s characteristics due to a leak in the roof and other general maintenance matters. We are still working towards making Paddington one of the most desirable places to live, and are looking to do further works to help rectify damage from the leak.  It is our great privilege to manage Paddington and represent it as a beacon of living in the City of London.
