Job Description

 

Role: Bid Writer / Administrator

Salary: £38,000 OTE (Base £20,000 + commission)

Location: Ludlow, SY8

 

Blocsphere provide Block Property Management services to residential and commercial clients throughout the UK. Our goal is to become the number one property management company in the UK, recognised for our customer-centric approach and unmatched service offering.

To achieve this goal, we are undergoing a period of unprecedented growth, including a major rebrand and complete overhaul of our customer interaction systems.

As part of our expansion, we now have ongoing vacancies for Bid Writer / Administrator to join a dynamic team at our Head Office in Shropshire.

 

 

Responsibilities of the role are:

– Produce high quality tenders for public and private sector contracts

– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new bid opportunities

– Conduct final copy editing and proofreading

– Ensure tenders are submitted within required timescales

– Track open tenders using software such as Pipedrive

– Follow up tender requests via our website and social media platforms

– Achieve set targets in line with our business development plan

– Any other associated duties as may be required

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

– Organisational skills

– Professional telephone manner

– Problem-solving ability

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
