Role: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £27,000.00 + Bonus Scheme

Location: Home Based. (London)

As part of our expansion, we now have an exciting vacancy for a Mobile Building Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team.

What we look for in a Mobile Building Maintenance Technician:

– Multi Skilled background (minimum of 2 trades). (Building maintenance preferred)

– Approachable and compassionate – Our customer Centric ethos means only the best customer service will do.

– Willingness to learn and continually develop your skills and qualifications.

– Great communication skills.

– Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities of the role are:

– Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a wide portfolio of buildings. Which may include M&E, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Safety, Pest Control, Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Legionella, Emergency Lighting, General Handyman etc.

– Must be capable of working in a professional and tidy manner when attending any of our properties.

– Liaising with Head Office departments such as sales/lettings, surveying, property management.

– Company Van and uniform will be provided.
