While many of our competitors are offering the same old property management service which has not changed for years or even decades, Blocsphere are a modern forward thinking company who strive to implement the latest technologies and customer interaction systems for the properties we manage. Smart phone app
As part of our recent rebrand, we have introduced a new smartphone app which will be going on a live trial this month. This is something that makes us different to other managing agents and it’s great that our leaseholders are going to be able to get first-hand experience in using the app. Once its live they will be able to take advantage of what we have available to them, including things like handymen, cleaners, plumbers and drycleaners all to their apartments without having to leave their door. There will also be more specialised services on there, for example, end of tenancy cleaning and boiler servicing which are useful for landlords who don’t live close by to the building.
The live trial commenced this month, and we hope to get the app running across all of our managed sites ahead of Christmas.

To enable us to maintain our customer-centric and transparent ethos, we do not add any uplift to contractor invoices. We operate an open-book policy and will happily provide any copy invoices on request. Beware of other managing agents who operate a range of hidden charges.
Management take over
Taking over of management usually depends on how quickly your current managing agent can provide the required handover information to us. We can work with the outgoing managing agent on your behalf to ensure a smooth handover, and our efficiency has allowed us to previously complete handovers of over 100 units in under 5 days.

Our team have over 40 years’ combined property management experience. We have been nominated for countless industry awards recognising our broad property management experience, professional diligence, and impeccable customer service. Our property managers are members of The Institute of Residential Property Management and receive ongoing in-house training in areas such as fire safety, compliance, and all other relevant aspects of effective building management.
