Saxon House, consisting of 34 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, is newly converted office block located in the heart of Ipswich. The development is within walking distance from the water front and local amenities, making it an ideal place to live in Ipswich. The refurbishment of the disused office block was completed in 2020, soon after, the developer made contact with us about potential management.

Blocsphere were awarded management of Saxon House and took over as Managing Agent in June 2021, after the developer was impressed with our unmatched service offering and customer-centric ethos. Initially, our main focus is to make sure the building is complying to all Health & Safety regulations and the relevant certificates are awarded, so during our time and Managing Agent we have been carrying out these tasks to make sure the development is safe for the residents living there. It is our great privilege to manage Saxon House and represent it as a beacon of living in the heart of Ipswich.
