Our team have over 40 years’ combined residential block management experience, dealing with everything from a broken light bulb to £10m refurbishment projects.

We look after in excess of £100m worth of property comprising thousands of individual units.

Our property management services cover residential apartment blocks, housing estates, office and industrial premises, shopping centres, retail parks, and leisure facilities including open public spaces.

While many of our competitors are offering the same old block management service which has not changed for years or even decades, Blocsphere are a modern forward thinking company who strive to implement the latest technologies and customer interaction systems for the properties we manage.

Our exciting new smartphone app is being rolled out across all the residential properties we manage, designed to connect residents with their Property Manager, neighbours, and their local community. With just a few clicks our residents have access to services such as individual apartment cleaning, handyman services, laundry pickup, or assistance from the concierge. There are a whole host of offers from local businesses available through the app (exclusive to our residents) covering anything from restaurant bookings to car repairs, and insurance providers to dog walkers. The list goes on, with all partners having been carefully selected to enhance the experience of our residents and make your life less stressful.

Your dedicated Property Manager will visit no less than every 4 weeks (some of our competitors only visit every 3 – 6 months) and carry out a comprehensive health & safety inspection of the managed property. They will be contactable by email or telephone between visits and always on hand to help.

You will be provided with a digital colour-coded inspection report after each visit, highlighting any areas of concern, and any maintenance issues will be swiftly rectified. We understand that open communication is a key requirement for our clients, so have implemented monthly video calls with your dedicated Property Manager as standard across our whole portfolio.

Our modern leaseholder portal allows access via PC or smartphone to your service charge account and a whole host of real-time financial reports for your property. Directors of your Resident Management Company have additional portal privileges such as budget and invoice approval, or arrears monitoring.
We are contactable for emergencies 24hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Our in-house legal team can deal with many complex legal matters which our competitors would outsource to a Solicitor at your expense.
Our back-office staff dealing with accounts, compliance, maintenance, and customer service are easily contactable and always on hand to help.
