Your dedicated Property Manager will visit no less than every 4 weeks (some of our competitors only visit every 3 – 6 months) and carry out a comprehensive health & safety inspection of the managed property. They will be contactable by email or telephone between visits and always on hand to help.
You will be provided with a digital colour-coded inspection report after each visit, highlighting any areas of concern, and any maintenance issues will be swiftly rectified. We understand that open communication is a key requirement for our clients, so have implemented monthly video calls with your dedicated Property Manager as standard across our whole portfolio.
Our modern tenant portal allows access via PC or smartphone to your service charge account and a whole host of real-time financial reports for your property. Directors of your Resident Management Company have additional portal privileges such as budget and invoice approval, or arrears monitoring.
Our in-house legal team can deal with many complex legal matters which our competitors would outsource to a solicitor at your expense. We are experienced representing our clients in areas such as The Building Safety Fund (flammable cladding replacement), the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
We are contactable for emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our back-office staff dealing with accounts, compliance, maintenance, and customer service are easily contactable and always on hand to help.
