Mark is quite possibly one of the most experienced estate agents in the area, during 40 years in the industry he has experience of new homes marketing, residential sales, lettings and development, hotel sales and acquisition and land sales and acquisition. Mark learned his estate agency in the competitive north London market, his efforts were recognised and positions followed as Branch Manager of Flagship offices in, Islington, Solihull, Bridgnorth, Hammersmith and Chiswick. As an Area Manager in Birmingham he opened six offices from cold starts for a building society owned chain of estate agents. In Chiswick his office became the second most profitable office in London, fifth nationally, of a then, 362 branch national chain, more locally, the Bridgnorth office became the office of choice for the town. Lettings experience was gained in the fast-moving West End of London. Success in London was achieved despite commuting from his Shropshire home to be at his desk by 7.00am each morning. Not surprisingly given his London experience, Mark has sold to or on behalf of many celebrity clients including the original line up of girl group Bananarama, yes, he’s really been around that long! and Robbie Williams, he was also a regular contributor with property comment on BBC News and was involved in a debate with the Governor of the Bank of England and a professor of the L.S.E. on Sky News and has written a weekly property column for the local Chiswick newspaper.
