The two freeholders made contact with us in December 2020, as they were previously self-managing the block. The freeholders were looking for a professional Managing Agent to take over the management tasks, such as overseeing the arrangement of maintenance and the accounts. After a competitive tender process with another Managing Agent, the two freeholders were favourably impressed with our approach and we swiftly took the pressure of management off their hands.

Since our time as Managing Agent, we have ensured a fire action notice is in place, to inform residents of the actions to take in the event of a fire, and kept the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Not only have we taken the pressure of management off the freeholders hands, we have also ensured that the building adheres to the latest fire safety regulations, making it a safe and enjoyable place to live.
