9 Kitto Road is a development comprising 3 units. Per our initial conversation with the Director of the Right to Manage (RTM) Company, it became clear that the building was not complying with the latest fire safety regulations. We advised that immediately after takeover, we will arrange for the Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Assessment and EICR certification to be carried out as a matter of urgency to ensure full compliance at the property.

The RTM Company appointed us as Managing Agent in February 2021 due to them being impressed with our in-depth knowledge of building management. We have since set up and rectified company accounts, conducted a full review of the insurance cover, ensured full compliance at the property and correctly set up the service charge bill due to previous incorrect collection methods.

It has been our pleasure ensuring the building is functioning at its highest level.
