Bryngwyn Manor is a converted Grade II-listed Gothic Manor House built in 1868. The development comprises 12 high-end, luxury apartments and 2 townhouses which are situated on each wing. The development also consists of a large allocated parking area and extensive communal gardens overlooking the magnificent Herefordshire countryside.
Earlier this year, we were first approached by the leaseholders who were wanting to collectively enfranchise and then appoint us as Managing Agent once they own the freehold. The freeholder was made aware of the leaseholders intentions to appoint us and he was very impressed with our service offering and decided to appoint us as Managing Agent before the collective enfranchisement process was completed, taking the pressure of management off his hands.
The collective enfranchisement is due to be finalised after Christmas, where we will work with the new freehold company on ensuring the development is correctly managed.
