Cowleaze Road is a modern purpose-built development, boasting a total of 26 apartments. The development is located in the heart of Kingston upon Thames.

Blocsphere were awarded management of the development in February 2021 after the directors of the Management Company expressed a potential mismanagement and increased costs from their previous Managing Agent. Blocsphere were able to work with the directors by tailoring our service to meet individual resident needs and facilitating a customer-centric ethos. We have now been able to resolve any previous issues and the directors and residents are now happy with the service they are receiving.
