Meadowdale is a small residential development comprising of 35 freehold houses. Located on the outskirt of the the popular village of Llanymynech, just under 6 miles to Oswestry Town Centre.

The developers first reached out to us in September 2021 as they were looking for a professional Managing Agent to take over the management duties of the estate. With the new estate being a private land, the developers needed a company to manage the maintenance, Health & Safety and to arrange the appropriate insurance. Soon after, Blocsphere were appointed Managing Agent in November 2021.

A Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessment has been carried out to assess the common grounds for general Health & Safety and fire risk areas. As Managing Agent, we also manage the grounds maintenance, ensuring the road and common grounds are well looked after and free from litter and debris, that all external lighting is functioning normally and that all parking areas, exterior walls, windows and gutters are in good repair. The estate also comprises of a pumping station and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
