The development, located on Mildmay Road, North London, was formally an historical pub, which has since been converted into 7 self-contained flats.

The residents had previously bought the freehold of the building which means they collectively own, and are responsible for all compliance of the building, and without the experience of a professional managing agent, it is easy to fall foul of the strict regulations surrounding fire safety, building construction, accounting and other legal issues. Blocsphere took over as Managing Agent in January 2022 after the residents made contact with us to discuss potential management, as they were facing the difficulties that can come with self-managing.

Since our time as Managing Agent we have been able to get the development back on track in terms of fire safety and legal compliance, and the requirements of a limited company needed on Companies House, such as the correct filing of accounts and company records.
