Phoenix house, located in East Grinstead is a completed conversion of a disused office block which holds 28 flats. Phoenix House has been managed by Blocsphere since January 2017.

After being appointed as the managing agent, we have been working closely with the residents to rectify and upgrade various elements of the interior and exterior of the building. We are currently in the process of starting major work at this property.
