Queens College Chambers is our most prestigious development located in the heart of Birmingham, comprising 120 apartments and 2 commercial units. It has been described by many as perhaps one of the most exclusive residences in the City of Birmingham, attracting Premier League footballers and a world renowned musician.

Following a competitive tender process against some of the UK’s largest Managing Agents, Blocsphere were awarded management of the development in December 2015. Upon successful tender, the directors of the Management Company said that they had been impressed with our IT systems infrastructure and style of management. It goes to show that we offer an unrivalled level of service and expertise which can outperform other much larger Managing Agents. It is our great privilege to manage Queens College Chambers and represent it as a beacon of living in the City of Birmingham.
