Southfields House is a residential building located in Kent comprising 12 spacious one and two bedroom flats with private gated allocated parking. The development is located on Southfields Green which consists of 29 houses and flats.

Blocsphere have been managing this establishment since June 2017. Since taking over as the managing agent, we have been working with the Resident Management Company and helping the leaseholders with various maintenance issues. We are currently planning to test all fire doors throughout the development to ensure that they are compliant with the latest fire assessments.
