St Andrews Park is one of our most prestigious properties, boasting a total of 79 apartments. The Grade II listed development was formerly a psychiatric hospital founded in 1833, as The Oakwood Hospital. Following transfer of services to Maidstone Hospital, Oakwood closed in 1994 and was then developed as a residential estate known as St Andrew’s Park in 2001-2002.

Blocsphere were awarded management of the development in November 2020 after the directors of the Management Company said they found our company profile and tailored service offering of much interest. By tailoring our service to individual resident needs and facilitating a customer-centric ethos, we strive not only to manage the prestigious buildings to the highest standard, but to also create a harmonious community.
