St Mary’s Court is a 18-unit purpose-built residential estate in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. The development consists of 18 self-contained flats, a large communal car park, and is located only a short walk from the towns popular high street.
The Directors of the Residents’ Management Company got in contact with us after the contract with their previous Managing Agent was due to expire, and they were looking for a new company to take over the management duties of the development. We secured management rights of the Residents’ Management Company commencing January 2022, as the Directors were impressed with our unmatched service offering. We look forward to furthering our relationship with the residents of St. Mary’s Court, to represent it as a beacon of living in Bridgnorth.
