The Trinity Gate development sits on a residential area in the centre of Bridgwater, comprising 36 self-contained flats.

We were awarded management of Trinity Gate in February 2021, after directors of the Managing Company expressed a concern about how much they were paying their previous Managing Agent. Blocsphere were able to provide assistance with this and we were able to educate the directors of what we can do for them on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Since our time as Managing Agent, we have been making sure the development is managed to the highest standard, and a place where residents are proud to live, through various maintenance work such as window cleaning and waste removal.
