Westgate Lawns is a purpose-built residential development comprising 9 luxury apartments. The development is located in the sought-after location of Bridgnorth, a short walk away from the towns popular high street. The development also consists of a large basement parking area and a large landscaped communal garden.

We were first approached by the Directors of the Resident Management Company (RMC) who were looking for a professional Managing Agent to take over the role of their previous agent. After a meeting with our Regional Property Manager, the Directors were impressed having stated “Early days, but so far the experience is very positive. It is apparent that there is a lot work to do if you are taking over from a previous incumbent of 15 years. So far no issues but it becomes obvious that the previous incumbent were not doing what they should have been. Apparently a ‘portal’ is available so the directors and leaseholders can view information on line. This could prove valuable in the future when set up.”
