Woodston Oast House was formally an old Oast House which has since been converted into 10 freehold houses. The development also features a large driveway and a row of detached garages each belonging to one of the properties.

The residents of the Residents’ Management Company (RMC) were previously self-managing the development and were interested in appointing a professional Managing Agent to assist with the external communal areas of the site and the management of company accounts and collection of service charge.

Blocsphere took over as Managing Agent in January 2022 after the Director of the RMC was impressed with our unmatched service offering. We now correctly manage all external areas such as maintenance and repair of the cowl, landscaping and driveway maintenance and sewage management.
